I do BOTH (too many things in succession too fast AND one thing too exclusively) and feel like this is what contributes to my current state of feeling completely and utterly overwhelmed (or mad). This, in conjunction with my OCD personality and high expectations, makes life feel like it’s spiraling out of control… and a brain that feels like it’s going to explode…
I feel like this too! that is why I had to start writing things down. Nothing was getting done on time with all of those tabs open.

Yes, writing things down and/or keeping things organized in my phone is what saves me and helps keep me (somewhat) sane! đŸ˜‰

This sounds like my husband. Where I’m able to keep everything organized and flowing by daily schedules and lists, he’s all over the place doing everything. It keeps him busy and he accomplishes a lot, but it does get overwhelming often.
